I’ve been running everyday. Twice the day before last.

I’ve been working hard at my job.

I feel stronger. Especially my upper torso. I get a better run. I probably will be adding doubling my route (loop it twice) because I am getting close to running the whole thing without stopping.

I still want to be toned and slimmer. Get rid of this stored fat.

Time to get more serious on this and do some legit workouts with my running and everyday hard working.
